2. What data we collect

Quote requests

Name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, type of project, your message, and your consent to be contacted.

City Partner registrations and applications

When you reserve your city or apply as a City Partner: name, email, phone (optional), city, country, whether you own a 360° camera, your background or experience, when you could start, and your consent.

City Partners we work with

Contract details (Partner Agreement and NDA), the projects you work on, the invoices you issue, and the details needed to pay you through Payoneer.

Direct communication

What you tell us by email, WhatsApp, phone or live chat.

Technical data and cookies

Browser and device information, approximate location and how you use the site. Optional cookies are only used with your consent. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

• To answer your quote request and deliver our services: to take steps you asked for before a contract, and to perform the contract.
• To contact you about becoming a City Partner: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To work with and pay our City Partners: to perform the Partner Agreement, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• To keep the website secure and working well: our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable website.
• Statistics and marketing cookies: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• To meet legal obligations: for example keeping invoices as required by law.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run GM360, who may use it only on our instructions:

6. How long we keep your data

• Quote requests and messages: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• City Partner registrations and applications: up to 24 months after you registered, unless we start working together, or until you ask us to delete them.
• City Partner contracts, invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Cookies: for the periods listed in our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect what we did before.
